The Company Sites are managed by guardeini.com (the "Company"). Your use of the Company Sites and these terms are also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY WEBSITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE PURCHASE CONDITIONS, INCLUDING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.

These Purchase Conditions have been executed and delivered by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you according to their terms. Order Processing

The Company may, at its sole discretion, choose not to process or cancel your order under certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or has an incorrect price, if we suspect the order is fraudulent, or for other reasons that the Company deems appropriate at its sole discretion. The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take measures to verify your identity in order to process your order. The Company will not charge or refund fees for orders that it does not process or cancels. Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any declared offer; (ii) correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions, or specifications, or other information without the obligation to provide notice of such changes (even after an order has been placed, acknowledged, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company attempts to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Sites. However, the Company does not guarantee that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Company Sites does not match its description, your sole remedy will be to return the item, as specified in these Purchase Conditions.

The Company’s websites may offer a quick view feature for various products. This feature allows you to see product price information and add it to your shopping cart without opening the product page. The quick view feature and the "add to cart" feature are offered solely for your convenience. On the product page, you will find more detailed information about the product, its origin, features, and prices.

Pricing Information

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for products and services available on the Company Sites. However, we cannot guarantee that pricing errors do not occur. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or cancel any order placed for a product or service whose price was published incorrectly on the Website due to an error. In such cases, the Company will notify you via email. Additionally, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any pricing errors indicated for a product or service.

Product and Service Availability

The Company Sites may contain information about the availability of products. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after you place your order. The estimated delivery date for an item to your shipping address will generally be approximately 30 days or less after you have successfully completed your payment, and it is subject to changes due to product scarcity, weather conditions, shipping service transit times, shipping address, etc. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item marked as "available" will ship immediately, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. On rare occasions, a product or service may be available when a customer places an order, but out of stock when the Company attempts to process the order. If this happens, the Company will inform you via email. Typically, out-of-stock service offers will be discontinued. If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be canceled from your order. In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased through the Site: (a) they may not include any manufacturer warranties, even if a product or service is available elsewhere with a warranty; (b) they may not include service or support options; (c) they may not include product manuals, instructions, or safety warnings in your native language or specific languages of the destination country; (d) they may not be designed according to the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) they may not meet the voltage and other electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter).
